Flip changes:
 - You can now hold down [FLIP] to rotate your bot before being released.
 - Flip cooldown state now starts on exiting flip, instead of starting flip.
 - Weaponry, modules, and movement parts are disabled while flipping.
 - Activation now at any height.
 - Flip speed slightly increase.
 - Flipping near the ground provides the same vertical mobility as before,
  - Flipping at a height impossible before, now gives a small vertical nudge.

Mine changes:
 - Increased activation range. (approx 15%)
 - Decreased activation (arming) time. 2.7s -> 0.7s
 - Mines are now team-colored. (on the entity and on the minimap)

Missile changes:
 - Fixed a lot of bugs with missiles.
 - Overhauled missile indicators.
 - Added 3D missile warning pointing to the incoming missiles.
 - Added missile lock-on audio.
 - Fixed error when leaving test mode while locked on.
 - Adjusted missile speed, turn rate, and tracking.

Gauss changes:
 - Decreased Gauss rotation speed (degrees / sec): 145 -> 120.
 - Decreased Gauss accuracy on flicking. (0.98 -> 0.9)
 - Decreased Gauss velocity accuracy penalty threshold: 100 -> 80.
 - Decreased Gauss bloom recovery rate: 3 -> 2
  (taking 33% longer to reach max accuracy again.)

Countermeasure Bay (Flare) Changes:
 - Flare bays now appear empty when they are used.
 - Updated Flare VFX.
 - Flares were not pulling server-side, so were not displaying proper stats.
 - Chaff clouds now decrease their lifespan in response to taking damage,
    at a rate of -1s per 1000 damage absorbed.

New Flare stats:
 - Cooldown (Per Charge): 30s -> 25s
 - Activation Cooldown: 0.5s -> 1s
 - Chaff Buff Duration: 3s
 - Chaff Cloud Duration: 15s (15000 EHP)
